- How do I set up a file with bleed?

- My flyer is only single-sided, do you offer 4/1 or 4/0 pricing?
Our pricelist is deeply discounted, so we cannot offer a price reduction for 4/1 pricing. If you have a single-sided flyer (i.e. 4/0), email

- Should I send you files as a 1-up design, or should I fit as many as I can on a sheet?
We definitely prefer to receive artwork 1-up, with separate files for the front and back. We have specialty imposition software that allows us
- Should I submit my file in RGB vs. CMYK color mode?
Though we print CMYK, our RIP (Raster Image Processor) has RGB emulation (as well as spot-color emulation) that matches very closely to the RGB
color palate. You're welcome to submit files with either RGB or CMYK color modes selected.
- I've got a very particular color that I need to match. How can I ensure the correct color will be printed?
If you need to match a specific color, we will print a proof free of charge. When placing your order, please request a proof. It is your
responsibility to come to our office and approve the color before we can put your job into production. Turnaround can only be guaranteed once the proof is approved.
- Can I send you artwork that is 72 DPI?
While we can print artwork that is set up at 72 DPI (dots per inch), it is highly recommended that you submit your artwork at 300 DPI.
72 DPI will print pixilated and may be difficult to read. We are unable to up-convert 72 DPI files to 300 DPI.
- Will you keep my artwork on file?
We will keep artwork on file, if requested. To make reorders, please reference an invoice number for your order.
- I need to make changes on my file before we print. Can you help me out?
We will be happy to assist you in making changes to your files. Our fee is $75/hour, with a minimum charge of $75.
It is highly recommended that you submit artwork completed to avoid any charges.
- What is the best file format to send you my artwork?
We prefer a "Press Quality" PDF with 1/8" (.125") bleed on all edges. However, we can generally accept most standard design formats,
including Photoshop PSD, TIF, JPG, Illustrator AI or EPS (with fonts converted to outlines and all links embedded), InDesign files
(INDD file with links and fonts zipped together), Microsoft Publisher (not recommended) and many others. If you are unsure if your file will work please email us at:

- Do you offer other sizes or quantities than on your website?
We are a full-service printer. If there is something that you need that is not listed on our website, please email us at:

- What paper types do you have?
We offer three 12-point stocks for flyers: 167# C2S Gloss Cover, 145# C1S Gloss Cover, 100# Uncoated Opaque Cover.
We offer 100# Gloss text for posters.
We offer 3.4 mil White Vinyl Label stock(with permanent adhesive scored backer) for stickers
- I would like to have my job UV-coated. Is that something you offer?
We offer UV-coating at an additional fee of $50-75 (depending on quantity). UV-coating will take an additional 2-4 business days to complete.

- How quickly will I have my completed job once I submit it?
Our operating hours are Monday thru Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM. For jobs with quantities of 2500 and under, we guarantee 24-hour turnaround within our operating hours
(i.e. a job submitted at 3PM on Wednesday will be available for pick-up by 3PM on Thursday). Though most 5000 orders are available within 24-hours, we can only guarantee 48-hour turnaround.
- Do you deliver?
Currently, we do not offer any delivery services. We may eventually add delivery within the Salt Lake Valley to our services. Feel free to inquire about availability.
- Do you offer shipping?
We will ship UPS ground (for an additional fee) to Utah addresses only. Ship times for in-state UPS ground are generally next day, though not guaranteed.

- How will I be billed?
Currently, we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
We will call you for your billing information once a job is submitted and then run the credit card once the job is completed ready for pick-up.
- Do you offer credit terms?
Currently, we do not offer credit terms.

- I run a business that isn't a bar or nightclub, can I still use your service?
SLCflyers.com only offers its pricing and turnaround to Utah-based bars, nightclubs and event promoters, due to the frequency of work
